Delete Your TURNND Data
Disconnect a social account or request deletion of your entire TURNND account.

Disconnect Instagram
Open TURNND and sign in.
Open Profile.
Under Connected accounts, tap Disconnect Instagram.
This removes TURNND’s stored Instagram connection and prevents future direct publishing. It does not delete posts already published on Instagram or delete your Instagram account.
Delete your TURNND account
Email support@turnnd.com from the email associated with your TURNND account with the subject “TURNND account deletion request.” We may ask you to verify ownership before completing the request.
What we delete
After verification, we will delete or de-identify your TURNND profile, campaigns, generated posts, uploaded media, brand preferences, and connected social-account credentials, except information we must retain for legal, security, fraud-prevention, or transaction-record obligations.
Timing
We aim to complete verified deletion requests within 30 days and will email you when the process is complete. Backup copies may remain for a limited period before being overwritten.
Published social content
Deleting TURNND data does not remove content already posted to Instagram or another social platform. Delete that content directly through the relevant platform.
