1. Agreement
By creating an account or using TURNND, you agree to these Terms of Use. TURNND is operated by Ilhan Gocen, LLC.
2. Eligibility and accounts
You must be legally able to enter into this agreement and meet the minimum age requirements of the platforms you connect. You are responsible for accurate account information, the security of your credentials, and activity performed through your account.
3. The service
TURNND analyzes media and prompts to generate platform-specific social content. Features may include editing, regenerating, opening a social app, and publishing directly to authorized accounts. Availability varies by plan, platform eligibility, API availability, region, and account type.
4. Your content
You retain ownership of content you upload. You grant TURNND a limited license to host, process, transform, and transmit that content only as needed to operate the service and carry out your requests. You confirm that you have the rights needed to use and publish it.
5. AI-generated content
AI output may be inaccurate, incomplete, inappropriate, or similar to content generated for others. You are responsible for reviewing every post before publishing and ensuring it complies with law, advertising rules, intellectual-property rights, and platform policies. TURNND does not guarantee reach, engagement, sales, or other results.
6. Connected platforms and publishing
Direct publishing requires an eligible account and your authorization. You control whether and when content is published. Platforms may change account restrictions, formats, permissions, rate limits, or APIs. TURNND is not responsible for platform outages, enforcement decisions, or content removed by a platform.
7. Plans and subscriptions
TURNND may offer free usage limits and paid monthly or yearly subscriptions. Prices and included features are shown before purchase. App Store subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled through your Apple account. Apple handles billing, cancellation, and eligible refunds under its policies. Restoring purchases may require the Apple ID used for the original purchase.
8. Acceptable use
You may not use TURNND to violate law or third-party rights; create deceptive, fraudulent, hateful, exploitative, or illegal content; distribute malware or spam; impersonate others; interfere with the service; bypass usage or payment limits; or publish through an account you are not authorized to control.
9. Suspension and termination
We may limit or suspend access when reasonably necessary to protect users, platforms, or the service; investigate misuse; comply with law; or enforce these terms. You may request account deletion through our Data Deletion page.
10. Service availability
TURNND is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis to the extent permitted by law. We may change, suspend, or discontinue features.
11. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Ilhan Gocen, LLC will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, loss of profits or data, failed publications, or third-party platform actions arising from your use of TURNND. Rights that cannot legally be limited remain unaffected.
