Privacy Policy

1. Who we are

TURNND is operated by Ilhan Gocen, LLC (“TURNND,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). TURNND helps people create and publish social media content using artificial intelligence.

2. Information we collect

We may collect account details such as your name, email address, authentication information, and account identifier; prompts, photos, videos, brand preferences, and generated posts you provide; social-account information you authorize, such as a username, platform user ID, access token, token expiration, and connection status; subscription status and transaction identifiers supplied by Apple; and limited technical and usage information needed to operate and secure TURNND. When Analytics is enabled, Google Analytics for Firebase may collect an app-instance identifier; device and app information such as device model, operating system, app version, language, and time zone; general geographic information derived from masked IP addresses; app lifecycle and session information; in-app interactions and feature events; and purchase or subscription event information. We do not send prompts, captions, names, email addresses, uploaded media, social access tokens, or social-account identifiers to Firebase Analytics. To monitor backend reliability, Sentry may receive server-side diagnostic information when an unexpected error occurs, including the error type and stack trace, affected server function, operation or provider, status code, deployment environment and region, timestamp, and an execution identifier. We configure Sentry not to collect request bodies, uploaded content, social access tokens, authorization headers, account identifiers, email addresses, or other credentials through this monitoring.

3. How we use information

We use information to authenticate you, generate requested content, store campaign history, connect authorized social accounts, publish content you explicitly approve, manage subscriptions and usage limits, provide support, prevent abuse, and improve TURNND. Analytics data is used to measure audience size, understand feature usage, diagnose product funnels, and evaluate campaign-generation, upgrade, and publishing outcomes. Backend diagnostic information is used to investigate and resolve service failures and improve security and reliability.

4. AI and service providers

Your prompts and uploaded media may be processed by service providers solely to deliver the features you request. These providers may include Supabase for authentication, database, storage, and server functions; OpenAI for AI-assisted analysis and generation; Apple and Google for sign-in or subscriptions where used; Google Analytics for Firebase for app analytics; Sentry for backend error monitoring; and social platforms such as Meta when you connect an account or publish content. We require service providers to handle information consistently with this policy and applicable law.

5. Analytics

We use Google Analytics for Firebase to understand how TURNND is used and improve reliability and features. Analytics uses an app-instance identifier and may automatically measure app launches, sessions, screen or feature interactions, and Apple in-app purchase or subscription events. Google derives general location from masked IP addresses. We use the IDFA-free Firebase Analytics package, do not use Analytics for cross-app tracking or targeted advertising, do not set a Firebase user ID, and do not send account details or user content in Analytics events.

6. Connected social accounts

TURNND accesses a social account only after you authorize it. We use granted permissions to identify the account and perform actions you request, such as publishing an approved image and caption. We do not post without your action. You can disconnect an account at any time.

7. Sharing and sale of data

We share information only with providers needed to operate TURNND, when you direct us to publish to a connected platform, when required by law, or during a legitimate business transfer. We do not sell your personal information.

8. Retention

We keep account and campaign information while your account is active or as needed to provide the service. Connected-platform tokens are retained until you disconnect, the token expires, or the connection is removed. Analytics data is retained according to the retention controls configured for the Turnnd Google Analytics property and may be aggregated or de-identified. Sentry diagnostic events are retained according to the retention settings configured for our Sentry project. Some records may be retained longer when required for security, fraud prevention, legal compliance, or transactions.

9. Your choices and rights

You may update account details, disconnect social accounts, or request access to or deletion of your TURNND data. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights. Visit our Data Deletion page or email privacy@turnnd.com.

10. Security

We use reasonable safeguards, including authenticated access, private storage controls, encrypted network connections, restricted server-side credentials, and server-side error monitoring. No online service can guarantee absolute security.

11. Children

TURNND is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

12. International processing

Your information may be processed in countries other than your own. Where required, we rely on appropriate safeguards for international transfers.
