1. Who we are
TURNND is operated by Ilhan Gocen, LLC ("TURNND," "we," "us," or "our"). TURNND helps people create and publish social media content using artificial intelligence.
2. Information we collect
We may collect account details such as your name, email address, authentication information, and account identifier; prompts, photos, videos, brand preferences, and generated posts you provide; social-account information you authorize, such as a username, platform user ID, access token, token expiration, and connection status; subscription status and transaction identifiers supplied by Apple; and limited technical and usage information needed to operate and secure TURNND.
3. How we use information
We use information to authenticate you, generate requested content, store campaign history, connect authorized social accounts, publish content you explicitly approve, manage subscriptions and usage limits, provide support, prevent abuse, and improve TURNND.
4. AI and service providers
Your prompts and uploaded media may be processed by service providers solely to deliver the features you request. These providers may include Supabase for authentication, database, storage, and server functions; OpenAI for AI-assisted analysis and generation; Apple and Google for sign-in or subscriptions where used; and social platforms such as Meta when you connect an account or publish content.
5. Connected social accounts
TURNND accesses a social account only after you authorize it. We use granted permissions to identify the account and perform actions you request, such as publishing an approved image and caption. We do not post without your action. You can disconnect an account at any time.
6. Sharing and sale of data
We share information only with providers needed to operate TURNND, when you direct us to publish to a connected platform, when required by law, or during a legitimate business transfer. We do not sell your personal information.
7. Retention
We keep account and campaign information while your account is active or as needed to provide the service. Connected-platform tokens are retained until you disconnect, the token expires, or the connection is removed. Some records may be retained longer when required for security, fraud prevention, legal compliance, or transactions.
8. Your choices and rights
You may update account details, disconnect social accounts, or request access to or deletion of your TURNND data. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights. Visit our Data Deletion page or email support@turnnd.com.
9. Security
We use reasonable safeguards, including authenticated access, private storage controls, encrypted network connections, and restricted server-side credentials. No online service can guarantee absolute security.
10. Children
TURNND is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
11. International processing
Your information may be processed in countries other than your own. Where required, we rely on appropriate safeguards for international transfers.
